On-Line Registration for the 2008-09 Season is now available.
Dear MYHA families,
USA hockey has decided to go with “On Line Registration”. It is a quick and easy way to register your child with USA & Mass Hockey for this season.
Simply go to http://www.usahockey.com, and click on the “register on line” link. You are now on the registration home page. Click on the “Ice Players & Coaches” link. Then check the box that asks if you are over 18, click continue. Next select the season you are registering your child for, 2008-09. It will now ask who you are registering, check a child under 18.
The next page is the registration info page. The first name you enter is your child’s, not your name!
After you have entered all the information, the site will prompt you to “continue to check out”
You will need a valid credit card. Total fee for a player is $35.00, $30.00 goes to USA Hockey and $5.00 to Mass Hockey.
If you are coaching next year, you need to register online as well. Follow the same directions as above, but check “myself” when you are asked whom you are registering. Total fee for coaches is $30.00.
When your registrations are complete you should print a copy and save a copy on your computer. Keep the printed copy and have your child turn it in to their coach at the first practice next fall. I will then collect them all from the coaches and enter them in the system.
The registration process is up and running on the USA Hockey site and you can register your child any time. We need to have all players and coaches registered prior to taking part in the first practice. If you have any questions please give Bruce Woodfin a call at 781-631-5760.
